Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony, and the lounge area had a nice fireplace vibe. Only downside was the shower needing a bit of maintenance. Would recommend!

it has beautiful and lovely location away from the sightseeing cruise ship port. chozumeya ashinoko, where you can eat lunch, is at a moderate distance from the hotel.

I had a very relaxing stay and can't wait to come back, thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were really friendly. Short walk from a bus stop, the location was good and excellent, right near the lounge area.

everything was amazing, excellent staff, great views of the lake. there were an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the perfect little and compact room. the location was exceptionally nice for getting around, as a bus stop was close to the hotel. there were a convenience store and a bakery around the property.

The economy room is poorly designed!!! Three hooks are insufficient, and the decorative cushions only take up space!!! Towels don't dry due to inadequate hanging options!!! A lack of storage is evident in such a small space!!!

Check-in was excessively strict. I arrived just before 4 PM and was made to wait outside, even in the cold. The breakfast lacked variety, and overall, I found the service less accommodating than expected.

The hotel atmosphere was good, with a cozy lounge and friendly staff. The vegetarian breakfast exceeded my expectations.

That said, the limited bathroom arrangements downstairs were inconvenient, especially during peak hours. It disrupted the flow when everyone needed to use the facilities.
